Unique umbrella-shaped design: The umbrella-shaped disc has a large diameter, usually greater than or equal to 330mm. The underside has an aerodynamic structure, relatively flat, and is not prone to vortex formation, reducing the accumulation of dust and dirt. However, traditional aerodynamic disc-shaped suspension insulators have a relatively short creepage distance. To improve this, some products have one or more umbrella ribs under the umbrella-shaped disc to increase the creepage distance according to insulation design requirements.
Conventional connection structure: Similar to other disc-shaped suspension toughened glass insulators, it consists of an iron cap, a toughened glass component, and a steel foot, bonded together with cement adhesive. It adopts an internationally advanced cylindrical head structure, with small head size, light weight, and high strength, saving metal materials and reducing line construction costs. To meet the needs of live-line work, the traditional domestic structural shape is adopted on the cap edge.
